Difficulty level: 8/10

Special notes: Most people skip the 5k run when they see it because they don’t like long running workouts. It’s important to do things that we think might be difficult and don’t want to do. It builds mental toughness which I think is one of the most important things we can build. If this is a repeat workout, then try and beat your old time even if it’s just by a second.

Weight: body weight

Goal: Faster than you did last time. If it’s your first time, then set a good baseline. Substitute: If this kind of distance is just too much then run as far as you can in 20mins.

Split this any way you want with partner walk it run it go at the same time or just one at a time but get it done.
