Difficulty level: 5/10

Special notes: The farmers carry is going to test your grip. Pick a moderate weight on this. Pick something you can do at least two rounds without setting the weight down.

Weight: 30-50lbs

Goal: 21-24mins

Substitute: If you struggle with the burpees then do 5-10 burpees per round. Decrease the weight for farmers carry if you are setting the weight down frequently.

Difficulty level:  6/10

Special notes: The farmers carry is going to test your grip. Pick a moderate weight on this. Pick something you can do at least two rounds without setting the weight down. Everyone works at same time. Both team members carry 100 meters at same time. Split the other movements any way you want but everyone is working at the same time. You cannot move onto the next movement till everyone has completed the movement they are on.

Weight: 30-50lbs

Goal: 21-24mins

Substitutes:  If you struggle with the burpees then that’s why you have a partner have them help you out. Decrease the weight for farmers carry if you are setting the weight down frequently.
