Difficulty level: 3/10

Special notes. The legs are going to start to feel heavy on this one. The sit ups give you a nice little break. I recommend picking a steady pace and don’t stop. If you have to rest, try to rest between rounds. Step ups are 20 total no 20 each leg.

Weight: 30-50lbs dumbbells

Goal: 15-18mins

Substitute: Don’t have a box use the bumper of a firetruck or if that is not available then do lunges.

Difficulty level: 6/10

Special notes: Team version of this is significantly harder. One person is holding a wall sit while the other works. The legs are going to start to feel heavy on this one. The sit ups give you a nice little break. I recommend picking a steady pace and don’t stop. If you have to rest, try to rest between rounds. Step ups are 40 total no 40 each leg.

Goal: 28-32mins

Substitute: Don’t have a box use the bumper of a firetruck or if that is not available then do lunges.
