Special notes. Burpee pullups is just what it sounds like a burpee that when you jump up at the end you jump into a pullup. 12 mins is long enough that its still kinda hard but not long enough that you should be taking big breaks. Rest only for a few seconds.
Weight: 30-50lbs dumbbells
Goal: 5-7 rounds.
Substitute: Struggle with pullups then just do burpees. No pullups at end. But warm up with some banded pullups or ring rows.

Special notes: This team version is significantly easier. So, find a buddy who is struggling with fitness and do this with them. one person rests while the other works. Since you get a decent rest go fast on this no need to rest while it’s your turn. Round is after both you and your partner have completed the reps.
