Difficulty level: 7/10

Special notes. This is all about consistency. Each round should be with in 1-2 calories of each other. Don’t come out super hot on the first round that’s not what this is about. Pick a number you know you can get then I want you to push yourself a little farther and try to get 3-5 more calories than what you have in mind. There is a full min rest in between rounds.

Weight: Bodyweight

Goal: 30+ calories each round  

Substitute: Don’t have an echo bike run for distance each round. If you have a rower or another piece of equipment, use that. Download our free machine conversion chart to help with converting calories across different pieces of cardio.

A round is you and your partner have both gone.
