Difficulty level: 7/10

Special notes. There is a lot of muscle interference in this the shoulders and chest are going to be smoked. If these are not strong movements for you then try and break them up into manageable chunks.

Weight: 30-50lbs dumbbells.

Goal: 14-16mins

Substitute: Sub DB hop overs for double unders if you can’t do double unders.
