Difficulty level: 7/10

Special notes. Legs are going to feel heavy pick a number you know you can get every single round. On workouts Like this I like to give myself 10-12 seconds of rest before the next round starts. Allows me to spend less time transitioning between movements.

Weight: 40-70lbs

Goal: 150-200 reps

Substitute: Preform air squats if goblet squats are too much. You can also decrease the time/ number of rounds if this is too much volume for you.
