Goal: 14-16mins
Substitute: If you don’t have a sandbag use something unconventional. Like a high rise pak or a RIT bag just not a barbell or dumbbells unless you must. If the weight is too low than double the reps.

Special notes: This a very different workout from the individual one. one person is rowing the other is preforming as many front squats as possible then switch. Score is the total number of front squats preformed.
