Difficulty level: 5/10

Special notes. It’s not often that we get a choice. So, pick one if you have the equipment for it I recommend the bike. Because we have done the running twice in the last year. If this a repeat for you then try to set a record this time.

Weight: Body weight

Goal: under 20 mins.

Substitute: 6 x800 meter runs. With 2 min rest. But try and do one of the choices.

Special notes: The partner workout is designed this time around to be easy. Use this opurtunity to grab a partner that doesn’t normally work out and have them do it with you.
