Weight: 20-40lbs dumbbells
Goal: Score is the number of push presses you can get in the remaining time. Anything over 50 reps is going to be considered a good score. Substitute: If running is not your thing, then row2000 meters or bike 4000meters

Special notes: You cannot start the push presses till both people finish the mile. If you’re the fast runner don’t run ahead help your partner and encourage them to finish faster.
Weight: Both people do push presses at the same time. You will need two sets of dumbbells between 20-40lbs
Goal: Anything over 120 reps between the two of you is a good score.
