Throw back to the very first workout we ever posted. compare your old time and see how much you improved

Difficulty level :4/10 but could get hard depending how hard you

Time range: Should be 12-16 min .

Weight range: 30-50lbs

Substitutes: Don’t have a kettlebell? Do dumbbell snatch. Use 30-50lbs for weight. 15 each arm 30 total.

Throw back to the very first post we ever made. grab your buddy and see if you got faster.

Notes: Team member’s run together then divide the swings how you want amongst team. Swings don’t start till both members are done with run.

Substitutes: Don’t have a kettlebell do dumbbell snatch. Use 30-50lbs for weight. Divide amongst team as you see fit. 1 rep is one arm.
