Difficulty level: 8/10

Special notes. These two movements combined make for a very difficult work out. the pace on the rower is a little slower than your 2,000 meter pace you would hold. The weight is low enough for the thrusters that you should be able to not have to stop during the thruster.

Weight: 65-105lbs

Goal: 24-28 mins ( don’t let America down on this one) Substitute: If you don’t have a barbell use 20-40lbs dumbbells. If you don’t have a rower then run 1000 meters.

Its 4 total rounds I know this may seem like it’s going to be easier than the individual one. Don’t worry your pretty little heart. The added burpees will give just the challenge you need. Both members do burpees every 76seconds. Switch as needed during the rounds.
