Difficulty level: 6/10

Special notes: This is going to feel more like 3 rounds. Keep the gas pedal down during this one. Pick a weight you can go unbroken on.

Weight: 30-50lbs dumbbells

Goal: 9-10mins

Substitute: If you’re feeling brave and have a barbell use a barbell for this one.

Difficulty level: 6/10

Special notes: One person works while the other rests the entire round. Each person does 5 rounds, 10 total. The goal is to rest because when it’s your turn I want you to go as hard and fast as you can. keep the gas pedal down.

Goal: 18-20 mins
